
Hatha Flow Yoga class is an accessible and eclectic blend of various styles of yoga. You will discover ways of connecting the body to the breath as you fluidly flow from one pose to another using your breath (prana) as a guide. You will learn many variations of sun salutations as well as balancing poses, standing poses, forward bends and back bends. As students blossom within their practice various inverted poses will be incorporated into the class. Yogic philosophy will also be woven into the class bringing a well rounded experience to the student. You will feel light, energized and open to the oncoming week.
Hatha Flow Yoga is open to students of all levels. Each class is specifically designed around the individual students needs and progress, helping the student stay challenged. This class is recommended for students looking for more of a physical workout. Hatha Flow Yoga is also beneficial for students that find meditation difficult. By connecting the breath with the movement of the body during the "flow" of yoga, meditation and relaxation of the busy mind can be reached more easily.
